Hammond and Smith were absolutely brilliant at selling our home. They understood the brief, listened and sent people who were very interested in our property. Ended up with 5 families who wanted to offer. When our spec changed on what we wanted to buy they pivoted really quickly and we found the perfect home for us and truly understood (Far more than we knew) what we wanted. They kept us up to date the whole time and felt like they really cared about us as a customer. Can't recommend the team enough!

We originally contacted Hammond & Smith because we’d fallen in love with a property they were marketing. From the first viewing right through to completion, they were amazing and so responsive.
We were so impressed with their marketing and professionalism that we asked them to take over the listing of our home, that was previously listed with another agent for 3 months, and they brought the perfect buyer within just one week. Having the same team manage both our purchase and sale was an absolute game changer and communication was excellent throughout.
