Hammond and Smith were absolutely brilliant at selling our home. They understood the brief, listened and sent people who were very interested in our property. Ended up with 5 families who wanted to offer. When our spec changed on what we wanted to buy they pivoted really quickly and we found the perfect home for us and truly understood (Far more than we knew) what we wanted.
