Alison & Jonjo are simply the best people to have on your team. Proactive, calm, knowledgeable and professional. If you want an estate agent who communicates, reacts and goes above and beyond their remit to support and guide the process then Hammond & Smith should be your first and only choice!

Their extensive knowledge of the local area and house prices is outstanding and their help with marketing and selling our house has made the whole experience less stressful.

This was hands down the best service we’ve had from an estate agent. The H&S team remained focused and committed from initial viewings, to agreeing a sale and getting our sale over the line in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend them. Head and shoulders above the rest. Excellent team all round.

Hammond & Smith are a pleasure to work with, and an example of what other estate agents should be striving for with their service. Joe worked really hard to help us secure our rental property and we can't thank him enough! He kept us up to date, was informative and took initiative, so we had no need to chase him during the process of getting everything agreed. He also manages the property and has been very helpful when we've had any issues arise.

We have also dealt with other members of the Hammond & Smith team as we investigate buying a property in the area, and they have all been brilliant.
